Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any of our products from www.prodigalfox.com You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you are agreeing to be bound by our Terms & Conditions.
Please also note that the use of our website is subject to our terms whether or not you order any products from our website. In addition we advise you also read our privacy policy.
This website is operated by  Prodigal Fox Limited. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 9408283. Our registered office is 51 Clarkegrove Road Sheffield S10 2NH.  Our head office is located at Prodigal Fox, Suite S5, 3-5 Tapton House Road Sheffield S10 5BY.
We will deliver the products to you in accordance with the delivery option specified by you when you place your order. 
We will deliver directly to the delivery address provided in your online order.  We will deliver all products comprised in your order in one delivery. Please see ‘Delivery Options’ below for details of where we deliver and the delivery options available to you. We do not deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses.
All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, and are trackable
Royal Mail Standard Delivery
You will be charged £4.95. A signature is required upon delivery. Royal Mail aims for the item to reach its recipient within 1-2 working days working day after the order is placed (if placed with PRODIGAL FOX before 2pm) PRODIGAL FOX  cannot be liable for any late deliveries.
FREE UK Delivery on orders over £100.
Free delivery is available when you spend £100 or more in a single transaction to the UK (not including Delivery charges) and choose the Standard Delivery service.
International Delivery
We use a Tracked International Delivery service however any taxes due will be incurred by the customer and not by PRODIGAL FOX. 
Delivery to Europe is £12.50
Delivery to the Rest of the World is £15.00 

Delivery timings are based on working days. Orders received over the weekend or on bank holidays will be picked up on the next available working day and your  delivery timing will activate after you have received your shipping confirmation email. 
Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2pm (UK time). Orders placed after 2pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt during our working week. Our working week is defined as MondayFriday (excluding bank and public holidays)
Please note: Occasionally delays may occur and this may affect the dispatch of parcels within this timeframe.

PRODIGAL FOX try to ensure that your goods are delivered on time. However from time to time delays can take place by factors beyond our control.
We will be unable to refund you before we have allowed for 14 working days to pass from the date of dispatch. If you still haven't received your order after this time, please contact our customer services team and we can assist you: vixensupport@prodigalfox.com 
Please note - there is a time limit of  3 months from purchase, after this no refund will be made on lost items.
Once delivered, the products ordered will become your responsibility and, in exception of products that are faulty or damaged when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, destruction or damage after they have been delivered.
Ownership of the products will only pass to you on either: delivery of the products to you; or by us receiving full payment of all sums due in respect to the goods ordered (including delivery charges) whichever is the later.
The price of any of our products will be as quoted on our website, except in cases of obvious error.
Our prices include VAT (if applicable) but do not include delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount once you have selected a delivery option set out in the shopping cart section of the website.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted and a confirmation email of your order has been sent.
Your order will not be complete until you have paid for it in full. Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards and Paypal.
By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order, you are confirming that the card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal of payment. We are also not responsible for your bank or card issuer charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card in accordance with your order.
We are a busy online retailer and despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our website may be incorrectly priced in error. We will rectify any such errors as soon as we become aware of them. If a product´s price is incorrect on our website we would normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch, or reject your order and notify you on the reasons of such rejection.
Once an order has been processed we are unable to cancel it. We cannot stop an order once you have ‘Checked Out’ on our website.
If you decide to cancel an order after we have dispatched the product/s, you will be under a duty to return them to us, at your own risk. We will not pay for delivery of returned items. All products should be returned within 30 days after the items have been delivered to you. In the time until they are returned, you must retain possession of the Products and take reasonable care of them. You should return the Products to us unused (except to the extent necessary to examine them) and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original packaging and paperwork.
After you have cancelled your order and returned the products to our specifications in point  we will refund in full any sum debited by us to your credit/debit card. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Refunds of products purchased as gifts can only be given to the credit/debit card of the person who placed the original order. We endeavour to process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of you cancelling your order.
If any of our products you purchase are damaged, incorrect or faulty when delivered to you we may offer a refund or exchange as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a product is faulty, you should return the product to us in accordance with the returns procedure. Our policy on refunds, returns and cancellations does not affect your statutory legal rights.
  • PRODIGAL FOX offer a simple and easy 14-day return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Please do not accept any order if seal or packaging is broken at the time of delivery and notify us by email immediately at vixen@prodigalfox.com
  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging, including the Prodigal Fox Box and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
  • All items purchased from PRODIGAL FOX (with the exception of lingerie, swimwear, beachwear, accessories, jewellery or free items, which are non refundable) can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the deliverer)
  • Refunds will be made in the same way that you paid i.e. Paypal or Credit Card
  • Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. All returns must meet the following requirements:
    • The items should be unused and unwashed.
    • The packaging should have the original packaging, including the Prodigal Fox Box and tags in place. No refund is payable without this. 
    • They should be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • A notification on the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the items.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
Please note that made to measure items are NON REFUNDABLE.

If you receive an item which is faulty it would be really helpful if you could send us a picture to the above email address.
When you contact us please be sure to advise your name and have your order number ready to quote so we can help you as quickly as possible.
We are not responsible for import custom charges. If a customer refuses to pay them and the parcel is returned to us we won’t offer a refund.
Please see above details for refunds on ‘lost’ items.
If you are not happy with your purchase, return the item(s) unopened and in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less the delivery costs.
We do not accept liability for any loss which is not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (which includes loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, opportunity and other similar losses).
This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or our responsibility for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot, under English law, be excluded.
Nothing in this section or elsewhere in our Terms & Conditions affects your statutory legal rights.

We will not responsible or liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that are caused by events outside our reasonable control.

To process a return or exchange successfully, please re-pack the items to be returned with all the original packaging, including the Prodigal Fox box & tags that they were shipped with. Make sure that the Return Form is completely filled and dropped inside the packet.
The Return Form is an easy-to-fill form that allows you to return the received shipment to us The Return Form is included in the shipment parcel along with your order. If you have lost your return form, click here to print a new one.

If any of our Terms & Conditions are declared invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deleted from these Terms & Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
We have the right to amend and revise as needed these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice, by changing them on the website.
Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in a waiver of such right. You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms & Conditions.
You and we both agree that English law applies to these Terms & Conditions and that any dispute between us arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions will only be dealt with by the English courts. If you are a resident in   another part of the United Kingdom the applicable law of that part of the United Kingdom will apply and any dispute will be brought before the courts there. We are required by law to inform you that purchases can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
