WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom and most overseas countries.
DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?
Free delivery is available when you spend £100 or more in a single transaction and delivery is within the UK and you choose the Standard Delivery service.
Free delivery is not available on overseas orders.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept the following payments: MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Debit and PayPal.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
We may choose to offer discounts and offers to our new and returning customers from time to time. These discounts will consist of codes to use in the shopping cart section of the site and will be found via our social media platforms and email marketing campaigns. Only one code can be used per transaction per customer.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can review the status of your order by logging into your account on the website and viewing your order.

HOW LONG SHOULD I LEAVE IT BEFORE CONTACTING YOU ABOUT A MISSING ORDER?
We aim to ship your products within 2-4 working days of the ordered being received. We will always endeavour to ensure that your products are delivered on time. However, sometimes there may be factors beyond our control that hold up delivery time and we cannot be held responsible for such events. If your order is not received within a week UK or 14 days overseas then you should email us at
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately not, so please ensure you review your order carefully before the checkout process.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS GONE THROUGH?
You will receive an email informing you your order has been processed successfully. If you do not receive an email within 1 hour please go to the My Account section of the website and click on My Orders to check the order is present If it is not visible there then please check if the amount has been debited from your account.
WHAT DO I DO IF ANY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
Contact our Customer Services team immediately on and attach a photograph of the damage.
